Tom Holland is growing up and though we know it happens in life, we’re also not going to lie that this makes us feel a little old. Never mind the fact that we are, doesn’t mean that we want to feel that way.
The actor has been doing press for Spider-Man: No Way Home and while talking to People, he talked about wanting to be a Dad.
Now my mind goes a million places here, mostly thinking how his kids are gonna be so lucky to be able to say things like, “Ya, your Dads cool, but my Dad is Spider-Man.”
And hey, what kid can compete with that.
“I’ve spent the last six years being so focused on my career,” Holland said to the site. “I want to take a break and focus on starting a family and figuring out what I want to do outside of this world.”
And he went on to talk about being a Dad, “I love kids. I can’t wait to be a dad — I can wait, and I will, but I can’t wait. If I’m at a wedding or a party, I’m always at the kids’ table hanging out.”
Same, we get it. Kids are a blessing. Tom went on to say that he gets his love of kids from his dad, who is a “great role model.”
We are behind you Tom, no matter what you do. We’re fans forever.
