It’s here! We are basically less than a month away from Spider-Man: No Way Home‘s release in theaters, so Marvel Studios and Sony dropped a brand new trailer.
Of course, this trailer (like the one before it) broke the internet!
This movie is one of the most-anticipated, if not the most anticipated, projects of the year. There are theories and “leaks” on every corner of the internet.
No idea, no matter how far-fetched, is off-limits because we are in the Spider-verse now.

There is no more denying it; the Sinister Six is here. Besides Alfred Molina‘s Doc Ock, the rest of the crew seems oddly okay with fighting a Peter Parker that is not their Peter Parker.
Willem Dafoe is back as Green Goblin. Jamie Foxx is causing a scene as Electro, once again. Plus, if you look closely, you can see Lizard from Andrew Garfield‘s trilogy and possibly Sandman from Tobey Maguire‘s trilogy.
There’s still a chance for Michael Keaton to return as Vulture. Plus, no one bought that Spider-Man: Far From Home was Mysterio’s last hurrah. The MCU isn’t going to let Jake Gyllenhaal go that easily.
Not to mention, Venom 2: Let There Be Carnage‘s post-credits scene (SPOILER!) suggests Tom Hardy‘s Eddie Brock/Venom will pop into the MCU’s timeline, too.

The line-up is shaping up to be quite the fight for Tom Holland‘s Peter Parker. That’s why it’s comforting to know Ned and MJ are by Peter’s side through all of this. Unfortunately, though, that may be detrimental in the long run.
Come on, Sony and Marvel Studios know precisely what they’re doing with that shot of Peter trying to rescue MJ with his webs as she falls from a great height.
We think we’ve seen this film before, and we didn’t like the ending.
Spider-Man: No Way Home has the opportunity to make things a little better by letting Garfield’s Peter Parker swoop in and save MJ since he couldn’t save Emma Stone‘s Gwen.
The audiences would lose it! We may or may not be crying right now just thinking about it.

We don’t mind that the trailer holds its cards close to its chest with that possible reveal. There are likely plenty of other plot twists we won’t see coming. We want to have a genuine reaction in the theater.
This trailer gives us many details to obsess over until the movie hits theaters next month. So whether you’re hyperfixating on the Sinister Six or the Doctor Strange elements, there’s something for everyone in this trailer.
We must admit that we are worried about Holland’s Peter Parker. He’s cleaning up Stephen Strange’s mess, facing other Spider-Men’s villains, and facing a catastrophic personal crisis. Everything is not fine, and we are absolutely freaking out.
Assuming this is is Holland’s final Spider-Man movie with the MCU, we want Spider-Man: No Way Home to end on a happy note for his Peter Parker. He deserves it after all this time.

That may be too much to ask, but we are holding out hope. We are choosing to believe that everything will work out because the alternative is not fun. We can’t think that Holland’s Peter Parker may die in the fight.
Instead, we’re choosing to believe that the Multiverse is full of as many Spider-Men as it is villains from that property. There has to be a silver lining to all of this chaos, right?
We’re choosing to believe the Doctor Strange of it all will make more sense outside of the obvious ties to the upcoming Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.
Moreover, May and Happy will survive this movie and thrive in its aftermath. Peter, MJ, and Ned will Scooby-Doo this thing and save the Multiverse. Oh, and Peter and MJ will live happily ever after.
