One of our favorite things is casting. When a movie starts to come together, we can see vision. Well, that is if we know the characters and the story.
When it was announced Andrew Burnap, a Tony award winner was cast in the live action Snow White, we automatically assumed he would play the Prince. But we quickly learned that we were wrong. He’s playing a new male character created for the film and thank the heavens, he will be singing. Who that character is we do not know.
He is joining a cast that includes Rachel Zegler as Snow White and Gal Gadot as the Evil Queen. We’re wondering if we’re going to be dealing with a love triangle, which if we are, who do we object to?
If you’re like us and didn’t know much about Andrew Burnap we’ll be watching Spare Room and The Chaperone, to get some idea of his acting. He also recently wrapped, Under the Banner of Heaven with Andrew Garfield for Hulu and WeCrashed, playing opposite Jared Leto for Apple+.
