When I was younger, I hated He-Man. My Mom used to make me sit and watch it with my brother so he would be happy. Never understood what was so great about the show.
I thought Noah Centineo made a bad choice agreeing to star in the movie adaptation, and when he exited the film, I wasn’t sad. I thought he was making smart decisions.
But the question was who would take over the role?
Well that would be a star of a few other movies, Rosaline and The Inbetween, that we are looking forward to – Kyle Allen.
“Masters of the Universe is an iconic property that shaped the imaginations of an entire generation of kids with the message of becoming the best version of yourself,” said Robbie Brenner, executive producer of Mattel Films. “With our partners at Netflix, we look forward to showing audiences that anything can happen in Eternia. We are continuing to unlock this global franchise in new ways, and we can’t wait to see Kyle battle it out with Skeletor in this epic live-action saga.”
The film will come from Mattel and was set at Sony, but has now been moved to Netflix. It is set to follow, “Prince Adam, aka He-Man, the most powerful man in the universe, who must fight the evil Skeletor to save the planet Eternia and protect the secrets of Castle Grayskull.”
