Selena Gomez is one of the few people in life that I would say that I am inspired by. Not because of her acting or singing career, though. I do love her acting and her music, but what has always inspired me is that she’s been open about her mental and physical health.
She’s broken stigmas surrounding mental health and having bipolar disorder. She’s spoken openly about her health issues. She’s made people feel less alone.

The superstar has a new documentary coming out, Selena Gomez: My Mind and Me, which chronicles the stars life – reaching the peak of superstardom. After years in the limelight, Selena Gomez achieves unimaginable stardom. But just as she reaches a new peak, an unexpected turn pulls her into darkness. This uniquely raw and intimate documentary spans her six-year journey into a new light.
It’s a documentary that we will definitely be watching.
Selena teased the project on social media, posting on Instagram, “Wanna hear a part to my story…My Mind & Me coming soon to @AppleTvPlus“
The documentary was directed and produced by Alek Keshishian. No word on a release date, but we’re definitely going to be watching as soon as it is released.
