We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again – we’re always down for a movie with Glen Powell. We’re always down for a movie with Sydney Sweeney. And yes, we’re excited that the rom-com that was previously announced where we have no information and no name.
But we do know that Alexandra Shipp has joined the cast. Everything is being kept under wraps.
The rom-com is based on Ilana Wolpert’s script, with Will Gluck is writing the next pass. If you aren’t familiar with the name Will Gluck, he’s the mind behind Easy A and Friends With Benefits. If you’re asking what those movies are or haven’t heard of them, you need to watch them (and also WHAT).
Will Gluck will be directing. The movie is set to begin filming next month.
Shipp has been seen in such movies as Tick, Tick… BOOM! and Love, Simon and will be seen in the upcoming Barbie movie.
Though we don’t know what the movies premise is, we’ll be there watching. It doesn’t matter if it’s on our couch or in the movie theater, we’ll be watching. Will you?
