Chicago Fire 11×22 “Red Waterfall” brings back Matt Casey — presumably for Brett’s storyline, and not for the reason he was originally brought back this season? — and will hopefully give us an update on Kelly Severide as we head into what could be a longer-than-usual hiatus. And if we know one thing about the One Chicago universe is that, one way or another, they sure love to end finales with a bang. Sometimes a literal one.
Let’s hope there are some happy endings to be had in this one, though. For Brett. For Stella. For us, because we don’t know how long we’ll be waiting for studios to come to the conclusion that they have to pay writers what they deserve. So, all we ask is for the show to go easy on us. Not that much to ask for, right? Right?
