Chicago P.D. 11×07 “The Living and The Dead” promises another emotional case with Voight at the center of it all, and we’re not saying we trust the show, but considering the last episode… there is at least some benefit of the doubt that the show can deliver the case part right. And we are somewhat interested in where the storyline from Chicago P.D. 11×06 “Survival” is going, we’re not going to lie.
But, seven episodes in, we would also like to see the season do other things — like hey, set up Tracky Spidirakos’ exit! That would be good. Or set up the makeup of this team once she exits. Is someone else coming into the unit? Is the unit going to be one man short? How is this going to look next season? Does anyone know? This is a short season, so it’s past time to start planting the seeds for that.
