‘The Rookie’ 6×08 Preview: “Punch Card”

In The Rookie 6×08 “Punch Card” the case of the week will require the hands of the entire team together and that will cause some unexpected partners to form. On the one hand, we have the new roommates AKA Lucy and Celina. However, although we’re happy to see them together, we don’t understand what happened here.

Celina is still a P1 and needs an instructor to patrol with her and Lucy is not an instructor. The same goes for Tim and Aaron. They seem to embark on an operation together for Metro in The Rookie 6×08 “Punch Card” but Tim is out of Metro after the debacle of the previous episodes, so what is he doing?

For their part, judging by their clothes, Bailan appears to be at the hospital for some kind of routine checkup — surely it has to do with the recent decision they made about kids — and they found themselves in the middle of the action.

After a mafia-related mass casualty, the team is tasked to keep the peace at the hospital. Lucy and Celina work together to investigate the suspects behind the attack. Meanwhile, Tim and Aaron embark on a metro ops mission.
