There are a lot of things that we associate Selena Gomez with. Only Murders in The Building? Yes. Rare Beauty? Yes. Wizards of Waverly Place? Yes. Wizards Beyond Waverly Place? Absolutely.
So it’s no surprise to us that the actress with be guest starring on season 2 of the hit Disney show, Wizards Beyond Wavely Place.
In true Selena fashion, she announced it so casually that we had to stop and press the back button on our Instagram story watch.
“Just feels right…” she wrote on her Instagram story, casually holding her wand.
First, love the nails – great color. Second, we figured that she’d guest star, but we’re loving the confirmation.
Gomez, along with her Wizards of Waverly Place co-star, David Henrie, are executive producers on the show. Henrie stars in the show.
The first season description was as follows, “an adult Justin Russo, who has chosen to lead a normal, mortal life with his family, Giada, Roman, and Milo. When Justin’s sister Alex brings Billie to his home seeking help, Justin realizes he must dust off his magical skills to mentor the wizard-in-training while also juggling his everyday responsibilities — and safeguarding the future of the Wizard World.”
In addition to David Henrie, she is joined by Janice LeAnn Brown, Taylor Cora, Alkaio Thiele, and Mimi Gianopulos.
