Star Trek is making its way back to San Diego Comic Con this year! Along with other CBS Studios shows, Ghosts, and a new show, NCIS: Tony & Ziva, the shows of the Star Trek universe will make a big splash at SDCC. Let’s break down what we know thus far.

Star Trek Universe at Hall H!
Star Trek is taking over Hall H at SDCC this year! On Saturday, July 26, from 12:30 – 2:00 PM PT, there will be a Star Trek Universe panel with the cast and producers of Star Trek: Strange New Worlds and Star Trek: Starfleet Academy. The panels will feature moderation by Star Trek: Voyager and Star Trek: Prodigy alum and future Starfleet Academy star, Robert Picardo. Representing Strange New Worlds are Rebecca Romijn, Ethan Peck, Jess Bush, Christina Chong, and Paul Wesley, as well as executive producers and co-showrunners Akiva Goldsman and Henry Alonso Myers, and executive producer Alex Kurtzman.
For Star Trek: Starfleet Academy, cast members Holly Hunter, Sandro Rosta, Karim Diané, Kerrice Brooks, George Hawkins, and Bella Shepard are appearing, along with executive producers and co-showrunners Alex Kurtzman and Noga Landau. This panel will give Trek fans first looks, reveals, and big surprises for the upcoming seasons of Star Trek: Strange New Worlds and Star Trek: Starfleet Academy.

Ghosts at Ballroom 20!
Fans of Ghosts, rejoice! Cast members Utkarsh Ambudkar, Danielle Pinnock, Asher Grodman, Devan Chandler Long, and executive producers Joe Port and Joe Wiseman are scheduled for a panel conversation. This will delve into the season four cliffhanger and what’s to come in season five. Actress and writer Punam Patel will moderate the panel on Saturday, July 26, 3:30-4:15 PM, PT in Ballroom 20. NCIS: Tony & Ziva at the Indigo Ballroom!
The newest installment of the NCIS franchise is making its way to the Indigo Ballroom at SDCC this year. A decade in the making, Tony and Ziva are back in NCIS: Tony & Ziva this fall exclusively on Paramount+. Ziva and Tony are finally reunited with their daughter Tali in Paris, but are forced to go on the run across Europe after Tony’s security company is attacked. Show stars and executive producers Cote de Pablo, Michael Weatherly, and showrunner John McNamara are appearing. Make your way to the Indigo Ballroom on Thursday, July 24, 3:00-4:00 PM, PT for an exclusive look at the series, as well as a panel discussion moderated by NCIS’ Brian Dietzen.
Additionally, Cote de Pablo and Michael Weatherly will participate in an exclusive autograph signing from 5:30-6:15 PM PT on Thursday, July 24. Paramount+’s The Lodge is Back!
Enter the immersive worlds of Star Trek: Strange New Worlds, Star Trek: Starfleet Academy, and NCIS: Tony & Ziva at Paramount+’s The Lodge. These shows have activations at The Lodge, which will allow fans into the worlds of these beloved shows. This interactive fan experience will be available during SDCC at Happy Does, located at 340 Fifth Ave, San Diego, CA 92101. This is not an official Comic-Con event. No SDCC badge is required. That’s even better news for fans in the area who cannot attend SDCC proper!

Final Thoughts
