The second season of Famous in Love is right around the corner, and there’s plenty to be excited about. With the new season premiering in a little over two weeks, we thought now would be a great time to talk about some of the things we are most excited to see when the show returns in April.
From new faces to murder mysteries to Paige’s big decision, here are 5 things we are excited to see in Famous in Love season 2:
1. Finding out who Paige picked
The season 1 finale left all of us on a huge cliffhanger regarding Paige’s love life. Jake had just declared his love for Paige in the most public way, and Rainer seemed to be asking for a chance. Who did Paige pick? Maybe she did not pick either of them. Maybe she picked herself. I guess we will have to wait and see.
2. Tangey’s rise to fame
I am the biggest Tangey fan. I want her to have everything her heart desires, so I am excited that it looks like she is going to be controlling her own career in season 2. Tangey is finally going to do things her way. I’m also interested to see if she ever lets Nina’s secret relationship with Jordan out.

3. Who killed Barrett Hopper?
Okay, I was not the biggest Barrett Hopper fan, but I would have never wished him to exit the show the way he did. It was as confusing as it was shocking. The season finale left us with a lot of questions about his death, so I’m hoping the new season brings us some answers.
4. Paige and Cassie
I think we can all agree that more Paige and Cassie is not a bad thing. These two went through many rough patches last season and seemed to work most of it out by the end. I know I am looking forward to more moments of these two supporting each other to the ends of the world. Female friendships where the women are not pitted against each other can be hard to come by, so I am hoping for more positive, loving scenes between Paige and Cassie. I want them both to succeed in Hollywood, achieving their dreams side by side.
5. Sofia Carson and Danielle Campbell
Anyone who knows me knows that I am the biggest fan of both of these women. I think Sofia is the most talented musician and actress. Her poise and kindness are inspiring. When I heard she was going to be a guest star on the new season, I almost lost it. The same goes for Danielle Campbell. I am a huge The Originals fan. Danielle is a force on screen. She demands your attention and floors you with her grace and talent. Needless to say, I am beyond thrilled that these two women will be joining the other powerful women of Famous in Love for the highly anticipated second season.
