We know you have all been waiting for us to release our exclusive interview with After We Fell star Josephine Langford. The day has finally come for us to give it to you. As you all know we previously had the chance to talk with her when Moxie came out. Once again, she was a joy to speak with and she gave us some thoughtful answers.
Based on this interview it’s clear that Josephine has a clear understanding of who Tessa is. In After We Fell, she did a fantastic job of bringing out the maturity that Tessa has developed throughout the franchise. Tessa’s coming into her own navigating her school life as well as her career. On top of all that, she has to deal with the arrival of her estranged father and the ups and downs of her relationship with Hardin.
We talked with Josephine about shooting two films back-to-back in the middle of a pandemic, what it was like shooting the films without author Anna Todd on the set, and whether people’s opinions of Hardin and Tessa’s relationship will change after watching the film. Josephine Langford is always a favorite to talk to. As we said, her answers are always incredibly thoughtful, and we would chat with her all day if we could. We love her take on what the After fandom has meant to her. There are definitely a lot of very passionate fans in the After fandom. We could not agree more with her about needing more passion in the world and we also think that people having things that they love is something we should all cherish. That’s one of the things Fangirlish stands by. We are passionate about all things fandom and think everyone should be able to enjoy the things they love.
