There is nothing more that we love than seeing our favorites grow their career. Josephine Langford, star of the After franchise, and one of our favorite people has nabbed another lead role. The film titled ‘The Other Zoey’ is a romantic comedy and the premise of it already has us excited.
Zoey Miller a super smart senior in high school and uninterested in romantic love, has her life turned upside down when Zack, the most popular boy in school, gets amnesia and mistakes Zoey for his girlfriend.
Josephine Langford will play Zoey and Drew Starkey will play Zack. This sounds like an interesting movie, and it reminds us of a modern-day version of ‘While You Were Sleeping’ meets ’10 Things I Hate About You.’ The movie, which is being produced by Gulfstream Pictures, and directed by Sara Zandieh is currently filming in North Carolina. In addition to Josephine Langford and Drew Starkey, Archie Renaux has also been added to the cast.
We don’t know about you but these three being involved in this project lets us know this film is going to be a good one. Not only that, but we’ve also got a female director and we certainly need more of those and who doesn’t love a good Rom-com? We look forward to seeing Josephine as Zoey because we know she’s going to be amazing as always.
