Outlander season 6 wrapped up a few months ago and we can’t wait to see what’s new for season 7! To put the finishing touch on season 6 and start thinking of season 7 as a reality, we sat down with Joanne Thomson to review what we saw of Amy McCallum and everything that is to come. Ready?

As you can see, we were interested in what Joanne’s participation in Outlander was like, her audition, her experience reading the books, and her memories on set.
Plus, we delved into Amy’s backstory and her complicated relationship with Roger, which we got to see in season 6. We even asked Joanne Thomson’s opinion on an Amy vs. Brianna matchup and, frankly, we’re dying to see that!

It’s fair to say that we can’t wait to see Joanne Thomson in action again in Outlander season 7. Joanne is perfect like Amy McCallum. Her character has our hearts because she’s a very brave woman who has so much to offer and… we can’t wait!
