Chris Evans really know that everything that he says is going to cause a reaction and TBH, we’re not mad about it. In todays world, we need some excitement, so when he gives that to us, well… our hearts and our hormones are happy.
Look, it’s a pandemic (yes, it’s still one, regardless of what your right wing friends say) and we’re all sick of our significant others. Like, we get it, we’re supposed to love them through thick and thin, but no where in there does it mention a pandemic. Like we need the word, specifically. We are not settling for anything less.
So, yes, there have been times where we’ve used our imaginations to get through having to settle for the same d**k, because like, again pandemic. But that being said, we’ve from the beginning of some relationships, made one thing clear – if Chris Evans comes knocking, our lawyers will be sending paperwork over same day for dissolution of whatever relationship we are in.
The man has been doing promo for The Gray Man, and you will never be able to convince us that he didn’t know what he was doing when he answered the question if he’s ever been dedicated to a search in his life. We’re so thankful to Mariel Turner from Shondaland for asking this question.
“I’m gonna give you a good answer,” Chris responded. “The answer would be that maybe [I’m] laser-focused on finding a partner, you know, someone that you want to live with.”
Excuse me? Where to we apply. This is like The Hunger Games for Chris Evans heart. Do we submit a casting tape? Do we get to go to the dog park with Dodger (cause priorities)?
“I mean, look — I love what I do. It’s great; I pour all of myself into it,” Chris said. We’re gonna behave, because the shit that our hormones and dirty minds thought after “pour all of myself into” is totes NSFW. Sorry, not sorry.
He continued, “But in terms of — even this industry is full of pockets of doubt, hesitation, and recalibration in terms of really trying to find someone that you really can pour all of yourself into.”
He then added, “Maybe it’s about trying to find someone that you’re looking to spend your life with. Yes, so maybe it’s that.”
There is no maybe here Chris. There are only certainties. And we’re certain that we’re available for you to pour all of yourself into (and no we’re not talking dirty there). Have your people call ours.
During our interview about The Gray Man, @ChrisEvans opened up about finding “someone to spend your life with.” Thank you Chris for sharing a very honest and thoughtful response.
