We are all being punished. Yes, I said what I said. We sat back and watched Taylor Swift and Beyonce create two AMAZING films and now, Jennifer Lopez thinks that she can do it. And well, this is just going to be painful to watch.
At least judging by the trailer it’s going to be painful to watch. We’re all about a cinematic masterpiece, but this feels weird. This feels weird because it makes it feel like Jennifer Lopez equates her life to a movie and doesn’t know how to separate life and well, her job.
While we’ll admit that everyone (including us) are interested in her life, it’s partially because of the chaos and sometimes it’s about the fact that she is like all of us, a helpless romantic.
But still, this trailer, feels like A LOT.
It’s got an all star cast, Fat Joe, Trevor Noah, Kim Petras, Post Malone, Keke Palmer, Sofia Vergara, Jenifer Lewis, Jay Shetty, Neil deGrasse Tyson, Sadhguru, Derek Hough, and more. One of the more? Well of course it is Ben Affleck.
Anyone surprised?
We will be the first to say that Jennifer Lopez puts on an amazing show and is a phenomenal dancer, and we admit that we’ll waste 65 minutes of our time watching this movie. If we end up being wrong, we’ll say we’re wrong.
