The fun thing about NCIS: Sydney Season 2, Episode 4 ‘Truth Sabre’ is that it looks very different from the other episodes we’ve gotten this season. And from the other episodes we’ve gotten of the show, in general. It’s weird, because we’re only eleven episodes in, going into twelve, and this show already has a very defined identity. And very, very defined characters.
It’s what makes it so compelling. We know who these people are and we care about it. We’ll join in on J.D.’s jokes. Cheer when Blue, inevitably, ends up giving the team the information they need to crack the case. Laugh when Evie and DeShawn banter. We’ll ask ourselves what would Mackey do. And we’ll probably enjoy this hour, whatever it ends up being about.
