We don’t know about you, but we’re very excited for the upcoming Disney+ show, National Treasure: Edge of History. Yes, we get a little nervous when it comes to a franchise that we love being turned into a television show.
Then again, we also get nervous crossing the road or riding the subway these days. Judge if you need to, we get how it sounds.
But one thing we are loving about National Treasure: Edge of History is that it is not trying to tell the same story.
It’s telling a new one.
The new television show introduces us to a, “young heroine, Jess – a brilliant and resourceful DREAMer in search of answers about her family – who embarks on the adventure of a lifetime to uncover the truth about the past and save a lost Pan-American treasure.”
A few pictures have been released, giving us out first look at the series.
National Treasure: Edge of History stars Antonio Cipriano, Catherine Zeta Jones, Jake Austin Walker, Jordan Rodrigues, Lisette Olivera, Lyndon Smith, and Zuri Reed.
National Treasure: Edge of History will debut on Disney+, with the first two episodes of the series dropping on December 14.
