We watch a lot of TV! In case all the reviews, interviews, news, and features didn’t give you a clue (wink, wink), we’ve decided to come together once a week to highlight all those great moments that our favorite shows give us throughout the week. On these Fangirlish Feels of the Week, there are five categories and many thoughts! Ready?
Here we go!
Badass Character of the Week

Raquel: Yennefer de Vengerberg from The Witcher. I love her!
Lyra: Sam from The Ultimatum: Queer Love was an absolute baddie. Even though this season of the show was an absolute shit show, there was something so wonderful about watching Sam find her voice and stand up for herself. She created space for herself, claimed it, and advocated for herself in a way I haven’t seen on a reality show in ages. Keep killing it queen!
Shana: In honor of Julianna Margulies having a birthday this past week, I would like to pay tribute to Carol Hathaway, who raised me. Absolutely iconic character, who wasn’t even supposed to exist past the ER pilot but did (for reasons) and never put up with anyone’s shit for six seasons. Rest in peace to Doug Ross after that line about the Bulls lineup and the admit desk in “Carter’s Choice” while we’re at it.
Honorable mention goes to Laura Peterson (The Morning Show), Alicia Florrick (The Good Wife), and even — just to show how dedicated I am here — Epps from Ghost Ship. Everyone she’s ever played, actually.
OTP of the Week

Raquel: I’m going to cheat here and I don’t even sorry! This week I chose two: Jamie & Claire from Outlander and Geralt & Yennefer from The Witcher.
Lyra: Xander with themselves on The Ultimatum: Queer Love. They don’t need Vanessa or Yoly. They are enough and I pray to whatever celestial being out there that they are healing, growing, and knowing how much value they carry. No more making themselves small for others or taking scraps. They deserve love that makes them feel like they’ve been struck by lightning.
Shana: I mean, look: We’re a few weeks into a hiatus that’s going to last until whenever the studios decide to give everyone fair deals or whatever. I get that. So, there’s no new EO content — and I have no idea when there will be again — but they win for me this week. By default and also…it’s been over 20 years. FFS.
Moment that made you collapse into a puddle of FEELS

Raquel: Outlander season 7 clips released at ATX TV Festival! Even though I get mad at this show sometimes, it’s one of my favorite series and anything new that comes out makes me SCREAM. Especially a cute conversation from Jamie and Claire with a call to season 1. I’m emotional!
Ashley W.: As a twin, seeing characters on TV and in movies who are twins is always special and heartwarming. On Superman & Lois, the Man of Steel, himself, has twin sons: Jonathan and Jordan. In the latest episode, episode 3×11: “Complications,” the superpowered Jordan, at first, seems to be having a panic attack prior to his mom’s masectomy.
He leaves her hospital room in a frantic state, but Jonathan is quick to follow. Jonathan is immediately ready to comfort his brother, guiding him through the incident—which turns out to be the development of X-ray vision. Regardless of the reasons for Jordan’s breakdown, I was set to have an emotional breakdown myself. Because there’s truly nothing like the bond between twins.
Quote of the Week

Raquel: “There was light all around you. Shining on your face, your hair…” – Jamie Alexander Mackenzie Fraser, Outlander.
Amanda: “And now I have to hang an unsigned poster in my office and never get a chance to touch Aaron Tveit’s bare hand.” – Ms. Warren in Never Have I Ever 405.
Ashley W.: “What did I say about slamming doors? It’s for white children!” – Nalini Vishwakumar, Never Have I Ever episode 4×06: “… had my dream stolen.”
WTF Moment of the Week

Shana: So, I started watching From on MGM+, and I would just like to say that WTF to that whole town. For something more specific and in the most recent episode, there’s the whole “let’s bring the monster inside the clinic and start using very basic and limited human medical equipment to try to autopsy it or whatever” plot.
I mean, I get it. Knowledge is power, but I just feel like there had to be a better way. Do I know what that better way could’ve been? No. But still.
Lyra: The Ultimatum: Queer Love had its reunion episode and just what the actual fuck?! All along I thought that Vanessa was the villain. Then Mildred comes along admitting that she was arrested for hitting Tiff. That’s domestic violence, people. And the gaslighting that followed was unacceptable. Super glad that Tiff walked away and that Sam had her back. Basura.
