Chicago Fire 12×01 “Barely Gone” brings back Firehouse 51 after what’s been way too long of a break, and the pictures already give us answers to some of the cliffhangers from Season 11 — is that a ring on your finger, Brett? Did you, perhaps, answer one particular question in the affirmative? There are, however, no clues as to what happened to Mouch, or how Gallo will be written off.
Severide is in the pictures, and we’d seen him in previously released footage — plus Taylor Kinney’s return had been announced, so that much isn’t a surprise. As for the rest, we want to assume (or hope?) Mouch is fine, just recuperating, and Gallo is leaving in a non-permanent way. That’s what we’re going with because that’s all our heart can handle.

Firehouse 51 is forced to share its space with Firehouse 17. Kidd and Herrmann fight over Ritter. An arson case tests Kidd and Severide’s relationship. Firehouse 51 says goodbye to one of its own.
We don’t have a specific episode promo for the episode, though NBC did release this One Chicago tease, which features a little Stellaride moment that still has us with heart eyes.

I love this show I wish Casey and Dawson would’ve got back together and had a child cause they were a power couple just like Kelly and kidd but I love how 51 always there for each other
