Chicago Fire is back! With all the new dynamics established in the Chicago Fire Season 13 premiere, it’s time for the show to start delving deeper into what those relationships can offer. “Ride the Blade” looks like it’s going to focus particularly on the new Chief, as it should, because we still don’t really know much about him, other than he’s got secrets (we get it, something happened in Miami he doesn’t want anyone to know!) and Stella and Kelly don’t really have a good feeling about him.
Then there’s Damon, and if he’s going to start trying to go to Kelly over Stella, we’re going to start disliking him fact. Respect the chain of command, kid. Use your brother for other things! Don’t get him in trouble with the wife.
And are we the only ones really excited about the character of Lizzie Novak in general? We just want to learn more about her. And hey, we’ll take every moment of not just her and Violet, but can we request some Violet, Lizzie, and Stella, pretty please? We need the women of Firehouse 51 hanging out together, please, and thank you. Particularly if they’re doing so outside of the firehouse. Let them have a girl’s night out or something.
