Katy Keene is new this week with chapter six, titled “Mama Said.” Not going to lie, this week’s episode was boring. I found myself often drifting during the episode, which hadn’t happened before. However, let’s discuss chapter six.
Josie and Jorge’s moms were nothing short of supportive. They were there for advice and consoling. To help the fallout at an EP release party as well as threaten a Cabot. There was coaching for Ginger’s pageant, and Jorge got to wear his mom’s pageant dress. Mama’s said a lot in Katy Keene.
They were protective of their children and supportive of their endeavor’s. Parent’s aren’t all like that so count yourself lucky if you do. Take Pepper and Katy for example. Pepper doesn’t talk to her family and Katy’s mom has passed.
Take this as a lesson to go hug your mom tight. Don’t let a moment go by where you don’t appreciate them or aren’t supportive right back. Love on your mom as much as they love on you.

SUPPOSED PRINCE CHARMING?
Katy Keene what are you doing? This prince seem’s a bit shady to me. I don’t know if I believe that he supposedly dumped his fiancé, more on that in a moment. Ever since he and Katy met, he has been flirty towards her.
I’m getting some manipulation bribes from him. He conveniently shows up at her door saying that he is single and needs alone time. Katy is learning how to be single and wants to attempt to move on. She opens up to Prince Charming and he slides his manipulative ass in, consoles Ginger which seals the deal with Katy.
I did get some vindication after she slept with him. He worked out his problems with Patricia, meaning I was right. Now Katy is designing her wedding dress. On the other hand, I feel bad for Katy. She was lied to by an asshat and is stuck in a horrible situation.
Another lesson from Katy Keene folks. Take your time after a break up to grieve your relationship, find your self and bearings and properly move on. It will be a lot more healthy in the long run.
