I’ve made no secret that I was not the biggest fan of How I Met Your Mother. The show dragged on and on and should have ended a few seasons earlier.
The spin off, I have to admit, I am excited for. Though I would have loved to see Hilary in the Lizzie McGuire reboot, I am excited for How I Met Your Father. And yes, the main reason is because of her.
Because I love her as an actress and I don’t think that she’d let someone drag out a show that didn’t need to be dragged out.

How I Met Your Father tells the story of, “Sophie, who is telling her son the story of how she met his father, much like Josh Radnor (and Bob Saget’s) Ted Mosby did in the original series. The story starts in 2021 where Sophie and her close-knit group of friends are in the midst of figuring out who they are, what they want out of life, and how to fall in love in the age of dating apps and limitless options.”
