Sarah Hyland has a new role and we’re super excited for it. The star is overseas filming the pilot, Epic, for Once Upon a Time creators Adam Horowitz and Edward Kitsis.
Epic is described as a romantic anthology series that reinvents fairy tales for adults. That sounds familiar, but we know that when it comes from Adam Horowitz and Edward Kitsis there will be a spin on it.
Epic stars Brittany O’Grady and Eleanor Fanyinka, but the question here is what role will Sarah play? The starlet is set to play Rose, who is set to marry Prince Charming. Rose is as princessy as it gets. Her fairytale may not have the happy ending that she wants as he ends up having second thoughts and her trying to make sure her dreams come true open her up to a whole new world.
Sarah posted on her Instagram after the announcement came out.
“A Rose and her steed: An EPIC Series… maybe🤞🏼✨💕” she captioned the post.
She continued, “So excited to be working on a project for the first time in over a year! I’ve already been overseas for a month with the most amazing cast, we started shooting yesterday, and let’s just say that this is going to be… EPIC 😉”
